 This section is designed to address some of the most common questions we receive from our attendees to help you find the information you're looking for. If you're not seeing an answer to your question, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page and someone from our team will reach out to you.

When and where is the conference being held?

MIT-MGB AI Cures 2024 Conference will take place on April 1, 2024 from 9am - 3pm. The Markell Conference Center is located at 399 Revolution Dr, Somerville, MA 02145 in the heart of Assembly Row.

Public parking is available in Assembly Row in the Artisan West Garage, though public transit via the Orange Line is strongly recommended as the station is just 2 minutes walking distance away from the conference center and parking is only free for the first 3 hours.

Where should I stay if I'm arriving from out of town?

The Row is a great option and just 5 minutes walking distance from the conference center.

Is there any travel or accommodation provided to participants?

With the exception of speakers, we are not providing travel and accommodation to participants for those traveling from outside the Boston area or outside the country at this time.

Will there be a virtual option?

As with last year's conference, this year's AI Cures Conference will be in-person so there will be no option to attend virtually.

How do I register?

Tickets are you available for purchase here.

If you are a student, postdoc, resident, or fellow, you may sign up for the Waitlist to be considered for free admission.

Free admission is also available to those who will be presenting posters at the conference.

I am a non-MIT/MGB student. Is there a student discount? 

There is free admission available to first authors with accepted abstracts.

If you are not planning to submit an abstract, but are a non-MIT/MGB/Harvard student, resident, or postdoc interested in attending the conference, we have limited admission so please apply to the Waitlist as soon as possible.

I should be registered, but I can't find my ticket!

Please check your junk folder to see if you have received your ticket there. Sometimes team members may register other members of their team, so please check to see if they have registered on your behalf. If you still can't find your ticket, please use the contact form below to reach out to us.

Does this conference count for CME credit?

This conference is is designated as a live activity for a maximum of 5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Mass General Brigham is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

I'm a member of the press. How do I register?

If you are a member of the press and are interested in attending the conference, please reach out to us using the form below.

Will there be meals and snacks provided during the conference?

There will be meals and snacks provided to attendees at the conference venue throughout the event. Assembly Row, where the conference center is located, also has a variety of options within a few minutes walking distance.

If you have any allergies, please note them in your registration or contact us using the form below.

Are there nursing rooms on-site?

Every floor has a nursing room that only conference center staff can access. Please let one of the volunteers know if you need to use one and we will be happy to connect you to a staff member.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Anyone requesting a refund for their registration one month or more prior to the conference will be refunded in full.

Anyone requesting a refund up to three weeks prior to the conference will be refunded (if paid as part of the registration) any amounts paid over $200.

Anyone requesting a refund within three weeks prior to the conference and all no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Anyone requesting a refund due to governmental travel restrictions or failure to obtain a visa that prevents travel to the conference will be refunded the full amount paid regardless of when the notification is received.
